M.A.P is currently hiring for the position of Lead Fabricator. This position works directly for our Shop Manager in assisting to oversee our Shop Crew during production, while providing experience and knowledgeable sheet metal and welding skills to our fabrication team. Must own basic hand tools.
Must have 10 Years experience on large ductwork fabrication and machinery typical to the industry. Layout Experience is a plus!
Wage negotiable based on experience.
M.A.P is looking to hire for the position of Journeyman Fabricators. This position works directly with the material and machinery typical to the industry in the manufacturing of sheet metal ductwork and fittings. Expertise insulating duct and fittings is a must. Experience with the Trimble FabShop plasma cutting program is a plus!
Must own basic hand tools and be knowledgeable in HVAC Fabrication.
Wage negotiable based on experience.
M.A.P seeking to hire the position of Journeyman Shop Welder. This position requires a Journeyman skill level to weld various materials with both Stick and MIG Welders. Looking for an individual with the ability to work directly with our Lead Fabricator to provide exceptional welding services to our customers.
Welding Certificates required within the first 90 days, if not already certified.
Wage negotiable based on experience.
M.A.P is currently hiring a few select candidates for the position of Apprentice Fabricator. This position works directly with our Shop Crew to gain experience in the production of our sheet metal services. Anyone with 1-3 years of HVAC fabrication experience and a positive attitude is encouraged to apply. Hand tools are a plus, not a requirement.
Must have positive attitude and the ability to get yourself to and from the shop daily.

M.A.P is looking for a professional individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant/ Front End Receptionist. Greeting our customers when they walk in our door, and working directly with our Administrator to file, log, input, and organize data, files, and documentation as needed. Experience working with Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks preferably.
Bilingual is a huge plus!
